Bookings must be made 7 days prior to check-in date, NYBG private golf cart ride is subject to availability and must be reserved a week prior to the visit. NYBG is open from Tuesday-Sunday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and this experience can be booked between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Transportation and lunch reservations for The Hudson Garden Grill or Afternoon Tea in The Palm Court can be coordinated at time of booking through concierge@theplaza.com.
